1. Digital Products (PDF Guides)

All digital downloads, including our PDF guides, are non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it is considered final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, in accordance with EU digital content consumer protection laws.

However, if you experience technical issues with your download or believe you received the wrong file, please contact us at contact@occitanietravel.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.


2. Physical Products (e.g., Branded Caps)

In the future, we may offer physical merchandise. For these products, the following return and refund policy will apply:

Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline

Returns or exchanges for physical products are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Include all original packaging, labels, or accessories.
  • Be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following types of items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Items worn or washed.
  • Items sold as part of a set where individual returns aren’t possible.

Refund Options

Depending on the situation, refunds may be issued as:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • A partial refund if only part of an order is returned.
  • A replacement or exchange (subject to stock availability).
  • A store credit or digital gift card, if preferred.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error. We do not refund original shipping fees.


3. Non-Refundable Items

  • All digital products (including guides in PDF format).
  • Customized or personalized merchandise.
  • Used items or items returned in an unsellable condition.
